    Was rude about finding my phone case for me all because I was specific and taking my time and purchasing something had me settle Richie quality overly priced all while what I was needing was on display in hindsight so I gave up and had to settle for crap and wouldn't even attempt to ask if I needed anything further from the store.. extremely dissatisfied!!!!

    I needed a new phone after dropping mine and Cesar provided excellent customer service. He patiently waited to connect with the Verizon office to clear up an issue on my account. Once he completed that task, he managed to transfer my data even though my old phone had a flickering green screen that made it difficult. Thank you, Cesar for salvaging what could have been a lousy day.

    The manager Bradley added a new phone line to my husbands account without us knowing. This happened a few days ago and I came into the store to ask why this happened and the sales rep pulled me to the side and said he does this all the time and he would get it taken off my account. The sales rep said this is a common occurrence with this particular manager. How is this company still in business with these sales practices?????? We are switching to another carrier because of this once we pay our phones off next week. These people need to be investigated

    Today, July 19th, 2025, I came in to pay my bill on the kiosk and as I went back into my car, a worker ( earrings, beard, dark grey Verizon shirt and dark jeans) came out and told me I hit his car. I told him no I didn’t because I only opened my door enough to squeeze in my car because I am always sure not to hit anyone else’s car as I would not like people to hit mine. He then proceeded to say “Well you almost did”, and I told him “but I didn’t so there’s no problem” then went back inside. While this conversation happened it seemed like he wanted some sort of confrontation about me “almost” hitting his car, which was parked in the #2 spot of the “EXPRESS PICK UP” by the way. Someone needs to have a talk with that guy because there’s no need to blow up about “almost” getting your car dented. So next time if he’s worried about getting his car dented by me or any other paying customer to this company, maybe he can park farther away where no cars will park and he can walk a few more steps into his work place and not worry about people denting his car. White jeep Cherokee was the make and model of his car.
