    I visited this store after doing a locker pickup earlier that morning for an online order.to be honest I was that impressed when I went that morning and had never done a locker pickup before.when I entered store that morning I wasn't acknowledged when I walked in.i had no Idea who the workers or who customers were.finally when I walked through the associates/customers someone spoke and I told them I was there for a locker pickup , that I had never done one before and instead of someone offering to at least show me what to do, I was told other there and got pointed to direction.when I was leaving no one said goodbye or anything.later after not being able to get phone activated I had to go back and was not looking forward to it.but it was a whole different experience thanks to Donte!he acknowledged me immediately upon entering and helped me even tho phone was purchased online.he had to make multiple calls and yet never got aggravated or made me feel like I was a bother.because of associates like Donte are the reason why these places have better ratings.to be honest if not for Donte I'd give this place a 1 star.verizon I hope you treat the ones like don't with respect and appreciate his work for this store because without him I do not want to even think about what the store would even be.associates like him keep y'all in business and I hope you realize this!

    After a frustrating experience trying to move data from an android to an Apple phone over the phone I visited the Verizon store in Fayetteville Ramsey Street. I dreaded it because my previous experience in store was awful. Jose Rodriquez Mejia and his coworker were awesome. Very patient with me, answered all my questions and after struggling to move my data did not give up. I will not go to any other store. Thank you Jose for your patience and kindness. You deserve a raise.

    My husband and I needed new phones and the Lord blessed us with Cesar. Cesar had so much patience with the whole process. Felicia also helped with a big smile. Their professionalism was much needed. We went there 2 months ago to have my husband's phone looked at, after explaining the issue, the gentleman who's name started with a D would not even look at it. He said there was nothing he could do, he just excused us like he didn't have time for us. We thought we would never go back. Thank you Ceasar.

    Disappointed and I will no longer be going to a local rep I will only be going through the virtual dealers who work who knows where. Sales rep lady with long braids and manager Tim straight up lied and said if I upgrade I'll get 2 free watches trade in and 50% off the phone lines....the next day went in there to get my "free" watches, I worked with a different associate who actually seemed to know what he was doing...while Tim the manager wouldn't even look at me nor acknowledge me. Definitely not ever going into the local store in Fayetteville,NC.
