Their professionalism was much needed. We went there 2 months ago to have my husband's phone looked at, after explaining the issue, the gentleman who's name started with a D would not even look at it. He said there was nothing he could do, he just excused us like he didn't have time for us. We thought we would never go back. Thank you Ceasar.
