    My trip to this store wasn’t all that great , my CSR was very short with me and didn’t really help me resolve my issue , kinda felt rushed out the door. Went to a different store and they helped me fix my problem within 10 min

    The customer service at this location is great! I walked in through the door and was immediately greeted by Chelsea. She helped me with getting my bill printed. She was very friendly and professional.

    Expensive but Poor customer service, long waiting time. I went this afternoon i waited for a while and just left cause nobody came to help me. More effective by phone calls.

    Added to queue waited about a little over an hour, saw people coming in being helped before me, when I asked how much longer he added me to the queue again as if I’ve been removed (after receiving the message that I was next in line to wait 10 minutes). I’ll get an upgrade elsewhere.

    Bryce the store manager let me down for sure. Told him when I was considering that I was skeptical because Nobody is ever honest and they always make it more complicated than it has to be. He gave me his card and assured he would personally see to it that everything is smooth. Over 30 days and I still don’t have the phone that was ordered. And he told me I need to call customer support to figure out why. On top of that the iPad he gave me because of the “deal” of switching and trading in came with a bill now of $167. Customer support doesn’t know what the hell is going on and Bryce is crickets.
