After calling 611 for tech support and going to another Verizon store before unsuccessfully, Erica and Kevin completed the task with ease. These two folks were very polite and professional. They are an asset to Verizon and will always be a asset wherever they go. Thanks guys for such a pleasant experience. Max.

First I was upset when the Asurion agent asked if I let my kids play with my phone and broke it. Not that I need to explain my children are adults on their own . Also I have payed close to 700.00 in insurance over the last three years and was told they cannot find anyone to fix my screen. So I would have to pay 90.00 for a refurbished phone. Verizon is horrible and Asurion is even worse I would never recommend this company to anyone and because we have no choice on service where we are, we are stuck with them.
