Told him when I was considering that I was skeptical because Nobody is ever honest and they always make it more complicated than it has to be. He gave me his card and assured he would personally see to it that everything is smooth. Over 30 days and I still don’t have the phone that was ordered. And he told me I need to call customer support to figure out why. On top of that the iPad he gave me because of the “deal” of switching and trading in came with a bill now of $167. Customer support doesn’t know what the hell is going on and Bryce is crickets.
