I walked into this store and there were 2 people ahead of me. I was spoke to when I came in and was added to the list. I came in for some issues with my phone and Madison was an absolute sweetheart. She showed me how to fix the problems I was having, shared with me the loyal customer offers to my account, and her energy is just unmatched. You can tell she loves her job because you don’t get that kind of customer service these days. You always get the run around and told to speak to a robot. She took her time with each customer she had while acknowledging those who were waiting. Needless to say when I’m ready to purchase I will be back to see her. Before leaving I asked if there was a number or someone I could call to give a good review and she said a google review would be just fine. I never leave reviews but this definitely deserved one. I will definitely be back.
