  Called geek squad with a paper jam they said sure bring buy they local Best Buy . Drove 45min, unloaded my cannon inkjet only to be replied to they only do warranty work

  The wait was a tad long. The workers were pleasant and reasonably knowledgeable. My opinion is DON’T BUY AN I-phone 15. Let your apples be called Granny Smith and come from your local grocer.

  Told me they won’t do a BIOS update and their location quit installing hardware and acted like I was the one inconveniencing him… bro really couldn’t put in flash drive and push a button to update the BIOS. Had to cancel that membership

  Changed my delivery date appointment the day of not even 4 hours before appointment time. They said it was due to weather reasons however there is no rain or snow? Very unprofessional and inconvenient as I cleared out my entire day to receive this delivery Received my confirmation phone call and email yesterday as well.
