She was helping others and we were literally pushed out of the way during our purchase. I was extremely upset. In fact while waiting she was actually flirting with one customer who was actually after us but got served before us about how he looked like guy on Bachelor show. She even took time to look it up on her phone to show him while supposedly helping us too. Extremely bad customer service skills. During time to transfer info from on phone to another she seemed Not to know much info either. Previous experience at this particular Cricket with another associate was able to fully help and transfer all data and apps everything. This was not he case this time. My spouse did most the work. While I like my service as far as phone goes Customer Service has tons of room for improvement.
