  The service here is great. The store is decently stocked, though they were out of one item I was looking for. I ended up ordering it online through Walmart. The trade-in profits excellent, and the customer service associate was amazing.

  Do not purchase anything online. They will provide a bogus, often fast shipping date even if the item is not in stock and then will not honor the date and will quote a 5-7 day refund. This has happened more than once, and I do not do business with this company due to inaccuracies and deception regarding delivery and availability.

  Hello, Afro-Latina here. My husband and I went to this location looking for a universal charger for one of our laptops. Upon walking in, we were stopped and greeted at the door while the fair skinned individuals were able to just walk in. The greeter asked us what department we were going in, as if we couldn't read or find the area ourselves. Keep in mind, I had on regular form fitting clothes, as well as my husband (workout gear to be specific), and we were carrying our wallets. We told him what we were looking for, and he called one of his male coworkers on a walkie talkie to let him know what we were looking for and that we were coming to that department. Still, the Caucasian customers were able to just walk in without being stopped or questioned. Every step we took, we were followed around. When we realized what was happening, we left and went to Target.
