  10 year cricket customer. Absolutely sung praises for this company and it's customer service the entire time. Never had a single customer service issue with any other company interaction until today. Went into Elizabeth city location to purchase a new phone for my daughter. Spoke with a gentleman yesterday at this location that was beyond helpful and tried everything he could to get the answer for me. Unfortunately he ran into a dead end. He told us to come back today to speak to the store manager as she was "more knowledgeable". Well we did just that. We came in to speak with adri the store manager. Everything started fine. We were patient and let her help other customers before us, knowing we were gonna be a longer process. We stood back and watched her attitude build with each customer that went by. Telling customers that she couldn't do anything for them. Finally it was our turn. We wanted to get an advertised price for a phone, that was advertised in the store, on the phone itself. Adri spent 15 minutes trying to figure out what to do. Then when stuff got tough, she started spouting off offer restrictions that weren't on the offer anywhere else. We tried explaining to her that it did not say this anywhere else. Not on the cricket app. Not on the phone advertisement. At this point she started to argue with us and get an attitude in front of other customers. We continued to try to get her to understand that what she was saying was not in writing anywhere. Now she's getting belligerent towards us with an attitude. Me and my wife have both worked decades of customer service. We have never seen someone act like this towards a customer and we let her know that this is unacceptable and we'll be going elsewhere. As we go to leave, she tells us that we're no longer allowed at this store. 10 year cricket customers. If this is what cricket thinks is store manager material, y'all may really need to rewrite the criteria for this position. Not only did adri stop a sale from happening but she lost 4 lines for cricket. I will never recommend this location to anyone ever again as long as she works there.

  Adri is so patient when I come in. I have a lot of questions and she answers all of them without being rude about it like other people have been at other companies. When I switched over from my previous carrier she convinced me to keep my phone number and helped me get my information to do it. I got a free phone from it! You do have to pay services upfront because they are prepaid but well worth it, and I get pretty decent service in Elizabeth city with it! Even if you’re not from Elizabeth city but looking for a good company and a good store to find that out, this is where to go!
