- MMMaxKarnageSep 4, 20251.0I live in Reidsville and I have been a cricket customer for 5 plus years. I broke my phone today an for some reason the reidsville store was closed so I went to Eden. I walk in a tell the lady working there that I need a phone, she gives me a strange look and says are you a customer I tell her yes and she asks for id, I immediately thought that was strange cause in 5+ years I've never been asked that at any cricket. I show her my id and she immediately says I cant open the account its not in your name. I tell her its in my wife's name and I have any info she needs including pin. she tells me its federal law that she cant open the account unless my wife is with me. that is rediculous. I will never shopmat that store again and as a matter of fact after having a family plan for 5+ years and just because I don't like the way that employee treated me I m switching to boost they contacted me the other day with a great deal. thanks for nothing Eden cricket store
