I am never going back to this Geek Squad location. In the last few years, over various visits, they have: forgotten they had my computer for over a week and only remembered when I came in to ask what was happening, lied to me about how long it would take to fix a problem (pretty sure this caused someone there to get fired), straight up refused to tell me the status of my computer when I called in to ask for an update (because they NEVER update the online status), and just now, I got it back from them for a problem with my keyboard, and not only did they somehow delete all the passwords Google saved, but did something that is causing my entire Microsoft suite to not open, meaning I am going to have to take it BACK TO GEEK SQUAD because right now I cannot access any of my documents. I will definitely be going to a different location for that and all future repairs, however. I am done with this place.

Was going to use them for some service but was a bit pricey. But i was treated with respect and was helped.

Don’t take anything to them. They overcharge you, and if they can’t fix it they will not refund you the full amount because ‘it broke their equipment’ why is it my fault that your equipment broke trying to fix mine. I shouldn’t be charged for your faulty equipment. Better off finding some other place. Oh never take Apple equipment to them.
