    BEFORE YOU PURCHASE AN APPLIANCE Imagine deciding to upgrade your dishwasher, having it installed, and then developing a major leak within 24 hours to deal with yourself. Would pulling up the floors be inconvenient? Take the extra time to go somewhere else. It may be worth it. They may have a shortage of quality installers.. Best Buy chose to have "Installs Inc" perform this installation. Be sure to research this company as they have plenty of negative feedback out there. Be sure your familiarized with this company before you purchase an appliance because they will be entering your home. I purchased a new stainless steel hose to be installed on my new dishwasher. The installers did not install the new hose, and instead hooked the old water line back up. They told me to take the hose back to Best Buy and get a refund. The connection between the old hose and the new dishwasher is where the leak was found.

    Beware of angry/aggressive manager, Joe!! My partner and I had a really disappointing experience at the Best Buy - The Streets at Southpoint customer service desk today. We went to return a gift that was purchased by a My Best Buy Total member (which includes an extended return window). The manager at customer service, Joe, told us there was no membership found and that the item was not returnable. We left the store, confirmed directly with the purchaser that the membership was active, and returned to clarify the situation. When we went back inside, Joe immediately began yelling at us and aggressively asked what we were doing back in the store after another associate offered to help us. We calmly explained that we had verified the membership status and were just trying to resolve the issue. Instead of helping, he continued raising his voice and even handed us his business card and told us to report him to corporate. We did call corporate, and they confirmed the item was eligible for return. We then went to another Best Buy location where the manager processed the return without any issue in just a few minutes. Mistakes happen — we understand that. But being yelled at for calmly trying to resolve a return was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. We hope management addresses how customers are treated at this location.

    Amazing customer service. I forgot to bring my laptop charger when traveling for work and was very grateful the sales associate helped me find one. She tested the first one, which didn't work, and she recognized my laptop could also be charged with a USB c and found one powerful enough.

    This review is about their home theater expertise and installation by geek squad. I’ve spent nearly $20,000 with Best Buy over the years, but their expertise, and professionalism of their installation crew has gone completely downhill. Apparently the loss of their sales and installation team is what did it. A seven-year-old receiver that cost around $2000 was broken by their geek squad installation crew, and they won’t own up to it. They said it’s a coincidence, and I’m not buying it because it failed directly after they finished installing a new set of speakers. Avoid Best Buy at all costs.

    I had an order for pick up. I arrived and parked. I followed the directions to start curbside pick up. I entered car type, color and parking space number. It was accepted. I waited 15 plus minutes, assuming they were busy. The curbside did not arrive and I went inside. Though he retrieved my order, the representative kept telling me I had to complete the curbside process or they wouldn't be notified I was there. I told him I did. I at least have my order.
