    Having a really frustrating experience right now based on a mistake the salespersonade on our order. They coded the install wrong, and when they called a day before the delivery and install that's when we found out. That pushed out the install over two weeks, so frustrating, but at least we would get our TV and could watch it on the floor, but no the delivery time comes and goes and no TV, we call and are told sorry we sent you an email that the delivery wax cancelled, they didn't, and now we have to wait another week for a delivery spot. Just one screw up after another so far and with BF around the corner I have no faith the TV will be delivered as promised or installed at our new much later date. Adding more fun to this is the complete inability to talk to anyone other than an overseas call center to try to get answers. The info they have provided has been unhelpful so far.

    I made a return there about 5 months ago and they failed to return it properly. Despite going back to the store a total of 5 times to get it fixed, the credit card charges remain and I can't get management to truly assist me. They messed up the return, the Best Buy Credit Card company confirms this, the receipts confirm it, and I have audio recordings of the managers admitting to their mistake and apologizing, and yet they don't fix it. The problem remains. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced, anywhere, even the DMV. This company is stealing from me and my family and this is turning criminal now. Please Best Buy, do the right thing and help me fix the mistake you created!

    Employee assured me that the product I was buying was compatible with the product I already had, even after I questioned it he reassured me. I get home and it’s not compatible at all. I needed this to complete an appointment at work for tomorrow and now I can’t do that, so I’m not only out the money that I paid for said product… I’m out at least $250 from missing this appointment as well. Completely and utterly unacceptable. Maybe you should train your employees since they’re actively affecting the livelihoods of your customers.

    Wonderful experience. Greeted by Associates upon entry; directed to appropriate department (home theatre 🎭). Found technical items and checked out. The store appeared very clean and welcoming; displays were neatly organized. It was a pretty darn good looking store and I had a wonderful experience. Will shop here again as I learned the sell washers and dryers!
