    Alvin at the Genius Bar is fantastic. He took the time to try every solution to recover my laptop data and saved me a massive headache. He’s extremely knowledgeable and explains things so well, I left feeling better educated about how my computer works and the differences between Apple products. I wish every tech support person I’ve met in my life were like him! I’m so grateful, highly recommend!

    I had a dead pixel on a brand new iPhone 16 pro I had gotten 3 months ago from my phone carrier. I took it here it was from 4pm-630 we waited. The one tech was so awesome he realized there was a scratch and I didn’t have one before. He took it back and the manager claimed it was polish and had the tech relook at it. We waited till almost 730 which is ridiculous but whatever and he said they scratched my front camera. I have to now ticket back after driving nearly an hour and half from home and wasted my whole day here. They said I only had five days to return it to repair the camera. Seriously? I told him I drove too far to get here and no apology really just five days. the tech before had something about a full replacement. But nothing was input. My friend and I tested the camera and the front worked but the main camera didn’t so what does that say about their assessment ? The camera then blurred out. It was working before we came to Apple at the restaurant. Due to their massive incompetence I’ll have to contact the main Apple support and push for a full device bc I can’t trust their tech or assessments and if not I’ll have to find the time to waste to drive 2.5 hours plus 2-3 hours for a wait probably for them to screw it up. I’ve never had issues at Crabtree in the past for my old MacBook but lesson learned. I should have stayed with Samsung since I used android based phones for years and never had issues. This is my second iPhone and I’ll never purchase one again when this one clocks out. What’s the point of service when you break something on a brand new device? Nor do you care a customers tired ness and break the one thing they enjoy about their device

    I signed up for a one hour training and was the only one that attended. Aaron my instructor was awesome and was helpful with products not made by Apple but gave me a great work around on some of my issues. There is something really different about the Apple model that breaks all the standard rules we have lived by …..but at the end of the day quite efficient! Bravo Zulu!

    Had an appointment with the Genius Bar. First off there are no signs indicating where the Genius Bar is located in the store. I had to look at store reviews to figure it out. There is no check in to confirm you are there. No names on the big displays to confirm who would be helped next. There are no seats. It’s a collection of small thinly padded wooden crates that makes you feel like you’re back in kindergarten. I waited five minutes past my appointment time before flagging someone down to figure out what was going on. They let the person assigned to my appointment know I was there. I waited an additional 20 minutes past my appointment time and still no one showed up to fix my battery so I left.

    I’m very disappointed with my recent visit to this Apple Store. I went in ready to purchase an iPad Pro, but instead of feeling welcomed, I felt dismissed and poorly treated. The staff member assisting me seemed impatient and uninterested in answering my questions. As someone prepared to make a significant purchase, I expected professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the customer service at this location.
