    Please be warned not to listen to the advice of the Apple reps. On Saturday evening I was assured of two things that turned out to be incorrect: 1) and most important: that since the problem was only a crack in the screen, the laptop's data would be preserved (I received it back today, and discovered that the data has been wiped. This is a huge inconvenience as there are so many specialized fonts and so on that I'll need to install; and given the assurance I received, I didn't carefully check all my data before handing over my computer to Apple); and 2) (a far more trivial matter, but it was irritating nonetheless to be misinformed) that the delivery company returning my repaired laptop would deliver it whether or not I was home. I am not at impressed.

    I came for a battery replacement of my iPhone which I have done in the past at a different apple store location. Since I previously had a smooth experience at another apple store (1.5 hours, notified of completion with a handheld buzzer, and not much more wait), I was expecting something similar. Here, it took longer than 2.5 hours. I was promised a certain time explaining that I had a time crunch (I had not expected the 2.5 hours), but it was not ready. So, I had to leave and come back. When I returned later that day, it was "ready" but I had to wait longer than expected again to the point where I thought I would have to leave again and come back a third time! Thankfully, the representative took more initiative and went back to retrieve my phone (which sounds like was just lying somewhere in the back), and I barely made it in time for my next appointment. Overall, the apple agents were kind but the service was extremely slow. I hope to not have to go back to this store for service in the future. Hopefully also, they can change their workflow somehow to avoid these long waits (for example, don't book too many appointments at once for a limited number of technicians - have a set ratio. Also allot the appropriate numbers of agents to be in the front vs. helping people with service issues, etc...).

    they will not care or back apple products just like all the stores, phone is 17 pro 18 hrs all need new cameras new board they won't give you a new phone they will give you a repair one is apple but you didn't buy it there. go buy a car and have then fix a scratch in the new car?????

    Tahanni was absolutely AMAZING!! 🙌 From start to finish, she was the definition of professionalism and genuinely went above and beyond to help us solve the issue. I was without a phone for 12 whole days 😩, but she stayed positive, patient, and completely committed the entire time. What really stood out was how she didn’t just stop at the basics—she actively collaborated with her coworkers, cross-referencing and exploring every possible option to find a solution. That level of dedication is rare! Tahanni turned a super frustrating situation into a much more manageable (and even hopeful!) experience. Truly top-tier service—she deserves all the recognition! 🌟👏

    The most unorganized store in retail I have ever been to. You enter and there are people at various places. But no one to guide you. After waiting 5 minutes, trying to understand the store, I ask a manager looking apple rep to help me when my phone purchase. He tells me to wait near a table and saying the rep assigned to the table will help. Should this not be put somewhere, so we know how the store operates!!! The rep at the table I stood was attending to a customer. But you expect an acknowledgement from them? Nothing. There were 2 of us waiting. After 15 mins, he tells us that he will try to have someone attend to us, as he has his break and needs to go!!! Finally he does get someone to attend to us. I had a quick chat with him and left, making sure I am not going to make a purchase from here. The reps believe they are Tim and Steve. :)
