Dawson Hicks greeted me, and after listening to my problem, promptly helped through the process of getting a new phone. He was honest, patient, professional, friendly, well dressed, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Dawson honestly turned a bad and frustrating day into a good day and I really appreciate everything he did for me. I will not hesitate to visit this store again if I need anything. Like what countries are included in an international plan and Mika would not tell me anything because I wasn’t an account manager. He wouldn’t answer any questions, nothing because I was not an account manager. Later weeks later, I went to another Verizon store the one that is In Conover ,That isn’t part of the corporate, and the fellow there , Joey, help me with everything and was extremely helpful.
