Due to my crazy work hours I didn’t want my phone shipped to my home and he helped me order my new iPhone which would be shipped to their store!     Byron B. went above and beyond to help me get set up with my new iPhone. I am located out-of-town, so Byron mailed me my new phone, wrote out specific and helpful instructions, and provided his cell number for me to contact with any questions — he even responded to my texts after work hours. When setting up the new iPhone, we ran into a little technical trouble that may have been my doing... Byron was patient, understanding, and stayed with me until we got it figured out. He exemplifies great customer service and was truly a pleasure to work with!
