This man leaned over a Verizon sign inside the store the whole time staring at the ground and lying about they don’t do upgrades at this store and you have to order/do everything online. Then what’s the point of having a store? Coming here is a complete waste of time go to any other Verizon and they can help you. 0stars if possible

I called customer service and the representative told me I could go to the store and return the faulty equipment. The sales representative at the store didn’t even offer to swap out the box when I was there. Verizon used to be helpful but each interaction I’ve had this far has disappointed me to the point where I believe it may be better to seek out quality services elsewhere even if prices are higher. I am completely dismayed over the lack of Verizon’s customer care. Do better.

Even though there were three other representatives there, all they did was stand at the front door goofing around. We sat there for about 15 minutes and realized that no one was coming to help us so we left. As we walked out none of the three bothered to ask if we still needed help or support at all! Poor service. Doesn’t even deserve one star!
