    Wow, wish I looked at the reviews. Bad service... waited patiently while all were helping others. I was the only one not helped and a lady walked in (after me).... they saw me and knew I was waiting and went to the other lady. Bad.

    ((Before Verizon sends the automated reply about filling out a form, that form doesn’t allow you to submit any information so no reply needed if that’s what you’re going to send me)) Wasn’t to trilled with this location. Walked in when the lady greeted me she was NOT interested in helping me. I wanted to buy 3 new phones, an Apple Watch and a set of AirPods. But before I could tell her what I wanted an older lady (white) walked in and she made me wait while she assisted her. So I just walked out after about 5min of that

    Bad experience every time I walk into this store. They keep sending to other stores. Verizon customer care keeps giving wrong information and the store will make zero effort in helping. They sit you at a table and expect you to do the work for them.

    GO TO THE NORTHLAKE LOCATION TO SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. The employees and even manager at this location will actively lie to you to get you out the door and avoid helping you. I tried on several occasions to exchange my phone, only to be told that it was either out of stock and, even if it were in stock, it would be a $50 "restocking fee" to exchange it, despite any paperwork indicating that. The most egregious example was the last time I went, I called the local landline number ahead of time to confirm they had my phone in stock, was told they had it, and when I arrived in store I was told they were all sold out. When I inquired with the manager how that was possible when they just told me they were in stock, he told me that phone number can go to any Verizon store. I then dialed the number in front of him, the phone rang, and he picked it up right in front of me. A clear, red-handed lie only to avoid having to use their stock in an exchange, because they want to hold it to sell to new customers. By contrast, I went to the Northlake location who had me in and out in minutes, told me there was no such "restocking fee" and did the exchange for free and could not have been more pleasant. I've never quite experienced a business in the United States who will actively deceive customers to get them out the door, that's a first for me but it's been my experience repeatedly at this location. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

    Unprofessional,New guy working at this place my mom comes into the store my mother has alot of metal in her body snd constantly in pain when she got called up she just wanted to pay the wifi bill this man was extremely disrespectful and talked to my mother rudely as if my mother was off the streets,This man took so long my mother had to stand instead of sitting she cannot sit for too long because it causes pain, After my mother asks someone to help him do the bill he asks my mother if she’s on drugs?? My mother notices that his eyes are red under the influence of cannabis,This man gets mad and threatens my mother that he would call his sister on my INJURED mother. The authorities will be called
