- MRMelissa Rios4 days ago1.0DO NOT bother coming here. The staff is so rude and it will be a waste of your time. It was the closest location to my house (an hour away) I get there early and ask if I can go ahead and drop my phone (with no expectations of them starting it early) and they tell me no so I come back later just to be greeted with attitude and be told they don’t have a screen in stock to be able to replace it. They go to the back and find one but then still proceeds to tell me they can’t do it since the system is telling them they don’t have it and that they’d have to order one (even though they already had one in stock????) and tells me as soon as I get it in they’d call me so I can drop everything and go run back up there for them to do it. So needless to say I wasted about 3-4 hours and took off work for nothing. Appointments are pointless apparently. I’d rather buy a new phone than use geek squad for anything.

He tried to scam me by charging for work that was 100% covered under the workmanship warranty. To make it worse, he forced me to pay for wires that are clearly included in the warranty. Absolute scammer — avoid at all costs.
