DO NOT bother coming here. The staff is so rude and it will be a waste of your time. It was the closest location to my house (an hour away) I get there early and ask if I can go ahead and drop my phone (with no expectations of them starting it early) and they tell me no so I come back later just to be greeted with attitude and be told they don’t have a screen in stock to be able to replace it. They go to the back and find one but then still proceeds to tell me they can’t do it since the system is telling them they don’t have it and that they’d have to order one (even though they already had one in stock????) and tells me as soon as I get it in they’d call me so I can drop everything and go run back up there for them to do it. So needless to say I wasted about 3-4 hours and took off work for nothing. Appointments are pointless apparently. I’d rather buy a new phone than use geek squad for anything.
It's like they're trained in the opposite of customer service. They're so geared to deny customers unearned services for fear of being screwed that theyre just preemptively condescending and dismissive.

Oscar is the laziest, most unprofessional, and downright dishonest person I’ve ever come across. He tried to scam me by charging for work that was 100% covered under the workmanship warranty. To make it worse, he forced me to pay for wires that are clearly included in the warranty. Absolute scammer — avoid at all costs.
This Geek Squad is a waste of time. I made an appointment two days prior to replace a battery in a iPhone 12. I get there and I’m told they don’t have the battery in stock. I would have to leave my phone with them for a week until the battery comes in. Ridiculous.

Using the Geek Squad was very tedious. I bought a phone that has insurance coverage. I went to my nearest location where I bought the phone and in order to get it fixed I had to take it to another location, which is outside the city. Granted, they did an excellent job of fixing my phone, but the drive back and forth to get it fixed ruined the experience. I had to go for them to analyze the phone to determine if it could be fixed first. The funny part is when I took the phone to the original location where I purchased it, why couldn't they analyze the phone thetr and send it's documented condition to the location where it could be fixed?( Sounds too much like right) I had to wait a day or two to hear back. Next, someone made contact to schedule an appointment to bring the phone back to be fixed. Which it took them 2 days just to let me know that it can be fixed🤨 Last, I had to come back to pick up the phone once it was fixed. Now, it wouldn't have been a problem if it was in the city, but this was 40 minutes away there and back to my home. And kicked out $200 to replace the screen.
