The person in store was helpful when I purchased my MacBook. However no one in the store or the 1-800 customer service number was helpful at all. My package was delivered to the wrong address after spending hours explaining that I needed the package to be rerouted or returned and reshipped as it was on the way to an old address. No one was willing to call FedEx to help get this completed. I never received my MacBook and will be filing a formal complaint.

No one wants to work or help anyone out. There was a lot of employees walking around and standing around but no one seem to want to do their jobs. We ask for help and was told that they will call someone to help us. We stood there for 15 minutes watching workers walk by and stand and talked to each other but no wanted to help. So we just left. Not a good way to treat your costumer.
