Came by this morning to change my payment method as I had closed a bank account and my bill was due to be drafted later this week. Petite bald man (did not get his name) was obviously annoyed to have a customer walk in and basically refused to assist. A female there corrected him when he gave incorrect information and I have since contacted Verizon online and handled it myself and also confirmed he gave incorrect information. Was going to see about getting a new iPhone as it’s getting to be that time but now may look at Zirrus or T Mobile. Gave two stars as the female associate tried to be helpful.
