I visited the store to upgrade my phone after four years, and was quoted over $220 for the in-store upgrade. When I questioned this, noting that the same upgrade was available online for $122, he simply stated that was the price and mentioned the phone I wanted was back-ordered online, but I could receive it immediately in-store rather than waiting.
I stepped out to my car and, within five minutes, completed the online purchase for $122, with pickup scheduled for tomorrow at another Verizon store. If you are knowledgeable about pricing and an educated consumer, I recommend avoiding in-store transactions and opting for online purchases to prevent being overcharged.

I came in to pay off the phone I had which was an iPhone 13 and upgrade to a new phone. After all was said and done, I had a wall charger I didn’t need, but was charged for a case that The representative said he was going to give me for free, but I was also charged for. He also added a new number to my plan and put a phone on it that I didn’t ever receive or ask for. Charged me for the new line, An activation fee, And some other charge. All in all I spent $500 in that store just to be screwed over with Monthly charges. Is this place tacky phones onto peoples plans and then stealing them or something because they added a whole Google pixel seven to my plan that was never told to me about And I also never received that phone. I upgraded my iPhone 13 to an iPhone 17 Which I did receive. This place is kind of a joke. All I needed was an upgrade to the phone I already had. Not two lines. Two phones. And a whole bunch of charges. Everyone steer clear of this place

I have been with Verizon for over 8 years and all I can say is…..Rude, unprofessional and down right the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time!
I usually give people grace bc they showed up to work in a time where some people don’t want to work at all, HOWEVER, it does not excuse common courtesy!
After trying to reach someone at the location for over an hour, when someone finally answered the phone, the young lady seemed new and had to keep asking the other staff questions. Not sure who the guy was that I spoke with but a very nasty disposition, over talking me and not listening at anything I said. The other lady wasn’t any better. After lying about the online process (I’ve ordered phones via online/pick up in the store before), I ended up speaking to a Verizon representative and she called the store several times. The phone rang several times with no answer and the last time, someone picked up the phone and hung up.
It’s a lot more to it, but I digress. Bottom
Line is staff trying to get a commission anyway possible. Everyone needs to go through customer service training or a refresher because you never know what someone is going through and talking to people like they’re 3 years old, is not the business. Had it not been for a Verizon representative helping me get this resolved (ongoing issue since 11/29) I was definitely canceling all 4 lines and going elsewhere.
I don’t see how this location has such a high rating, especially if they treat and talk to people like what I experienced.
