I was trying to start sevice with them to get the iPhone 13 and had some personal difficulty. I called at 6:15 to make sure the iPhone was still in stock (I uber) and they said yeah but they were about to close(even though the hours are 8 pm on Google). I get to the store at like 6:55 and the girl is just sitting there at the desk playing with her phone, door locked. I tried to get her to assist me (It is literally a sale for your store....) and shes like "i already locked up and closed." Girl how are you locked and closed before your posted hours. You just closed early. You knew i was on my way. It was a waste of an Uber trip. But i will take it as a blessing in disguise, i discovered my old iPhone actually works so i just got Metro service instead
