  They are super nice, but instead of fixing my laptop, they recommended I take it to a UbreakIFix in Pineville, which was absolute trash, ended up costing WAY more than expected and on top of that the place actually ended damaging my laptop further with their SLOPPY reassembly... so I am a bit upset about the recommendation and hope they do not do that to anyone else!

  Avoid talking to Mackie in geek squad. He is not the person whom you want to work with. He just quoted me double the price which I got quoted by another geek squad on other day. He doesn’t want to take any accountability and doesn’t able to show the Process why he thinks repair is tier 2 vs tier 1 which was quoted by other geek squad
