I’m the owner of two dogs, and one of them is currently dying. I reached out for help and was told I couldn’t even get a free exam because it’s only offered for healthy animals. That policy feels heartless and misleading — if a pet is healthy, there’s no real need for an exam. Most people seek exams when something is wrong and they need help. I’m very disappointed with many organizations involved in animal care, including places like the SPCA. True care for animals should come from compassion, not profit. It’s upsetting that adopting or rescuing abused animals costs so much, and that some pets are euthanized simply because they aren’t adopted. Too many of these organizations seem more focused on money than on genuinely helping animals and the people who love them.

What in the world has happened here. First Dr. Hayden leaves. Now they don’t take appointments On Saturday. People have to work to pay these Bills. Why not hire more people or work on rotation. This is really heartbreaking. In the past the staff Was wonderful. So sad this has happened.

Erica at the front desk is super helpful and sweet. One of the best interactions I've had here. Very sad to see Dr. Hayden go but I'm sure our next one will be just as excellent, thank you Erica!

We have been taking our pets to Stoney Creek for 15+ years and have always had great experiences here. We normally see Dr Moskowitz and Hemstreet who are just amazing, wonderful vets. We appreciate that they take time with our pets and to answer our questions and don't just try to rush us through. We have also seen Dr Hayden and Dr Poorman who are also wonderful vets. They all really care about our pets. We love seeing them all. The front desk staff, Erica, Issy, Taylor and Evee the office manager all greet you with a smile and are so helpful and friendly. Our dogs love seeing them when we come in. One of the sweet receptionists Issy even gave up her own dog's appointment to get my pup in when he needed to be seen. The vet techs and assistants are all wonderful. My pups also love going to daycare here and loves all of the daycare staff.
