We had a ton of questions but she was patient and easily accessible. She was also reasonably timely with our inquiries. Most of all, in this day and age, it was wonderful working with a real person instead of AI.

They reviewed our properties thoroughly , established good relationships with the current tenants, and since have kept all tenants in place with lease extensions along with thorough analysis of our properties on a regular basis. They have been fantastic to work with and we appreciate all they do!

- ARA RodDec 4, 20251.0I had a good experience with this company while living in their property for a year. However, after moving out, things changed drastically. They tried to charge me outrageous fees, including $725 for touch-up paint, $300 for deep cleaning (even though I left the place as clean as when I moved in), and $89 for HVAC service after I had already vacated. I had to go back and forth with them to dispute these charges, and eventually, they removed them. But during the dispute, they reported a 60-day delinquency on my credit report, which is completely unfair and inaccurate. Please be cautious when dealing with this company. Document everything and check your credit report after moving out.
