    Recently shop this Best Buy for a new desktop computer. Worked with Richard M. who walked me through the details and educated me on what would come with the computer and what would not. He even showed me a computer with a faster processor for more money but told me based on my described needs there was no reason to spend the extra money. This stands out to me as great customer service. Took my computer home knowing I made an educated purchase. Thank you.

    I’m really disappointed in Best Buy. I’ve paid almost $300 to have my TV mounted and I’ve waited all day for a status on when the agent was coming. The agent never came. I’ve called Geek Squad twice and they can’t even find the agent. I called the number they gave for the agent and it was to a call center and not directly to the agent. That’s the game they play to not take responsibility. I’ve asked to talk to the manager at Best Buy and stayed on for an hour for the service rep to essentially say “what can I do to get you off my phone cause my manager is too busy and need to help other customers.” I have yet to get a call back from the manager and I’m honestly ready to never deal with them again. Not only did they not assist me they hung up on me when I called and said I had a complaint. We’ll see how the BBB will handle this

    This is the longest wait I have ever experienced. Because of this, competitors like Amazon, Micro Center, and Newegg are significantly better than this store. ​I ordered a camera online on Saturday, November 29th. It is now December 2nd, around 11 PM, and I still have not received an email confirming the order is ready for pickup. ​Calling customer service was extremely difficult. Their AI system is difficult to work with. When I finally pressed "0," the system asked what I wanted someone for. I said "order status," and it only gave me the same information I could see online, with no option to transfer to a person. I only got through to someone by saying "complaint." ​The representative then told me the payment needed to be verified. I assumed the delay was due to the weekend. I waited patiently until today (around 5 PM) when I finally reached someone via online chat. This person assured me my order was ready and the email would be sent "anytime soon." ​Well, it is 11 PM, and I am tired of waiting for the email. Tomorrow will be December 3rd, and I still have nothing from the store about my camera being ready for pickup. It is not rocket science to grab a camera from inventory, scan it, and put it on a shelf for pickup. All they need is my ID. I am very disappointed.
