  I bought a TV and the sales associate was very helpful to explain each feature on different brands. The price was the lowest of other stores.

  I cannot believe how unwilling they were to assist me. Maybe they were short-staffed, but they certainly didn't communicate very well. And then the worst part is I'm trying to buy some earbuds and they seriously made me feel like a thief

  There are a plethora of associates in this store (1055 Metropolitan Ave. Charlotte NC.. visited Saturday11/8/25 around 3PM), but it's amazing how they didn't know much at all about a concern I had regarding a product they sell. I actually went to Walmart afterwards and the gentleman at the register knew more than all the ones I engaged with at Best Buy. I was shocked, because this Walmart clerk wasn't even at an electronics store! The young hispanic man in Best Buy at the register with the curly black hair wasn't much help. Exclaiming how pretty much no one in the store knew about a product on their shelf. When I asked him if I could spk to his manager, he called him, but he didn't come up front. He told me that his manager advised that I look up some information on the website. Huh? Im in the store now! I left the counter and when I looked back he was on his mobile. Go figure. A young hispanic woman tried to help to the best of her ability and I appreciated her. But she was doing the same thing I was doing. The sweet and petite Caucasian lady greeting everyone as they entered the store was amazing and she did take the time to look up some information for me. Major kudos to her! Times have certainly changed. I won't be back unless I DO NOT need any associate's assistance.

  The parking deck was a mess. I'm handicapped and have a placard but nobody would let me park in the handicapped space.

  Oh Bestbuy you used to be my electronic muse (until online ordering became way too easy)…. BUT you save the day this week and I will remember it. I was having fits trying to get a new phone in hand. The shipping times for all the devices I wanted were too long so I looked at Bestbuy and sure enough they had the model I need and in stock at the store. I scurried over and was helped in good time. 10 minutes later I had my unlocked phone in my hand and walked out a happy camper. (Note the inventory shown on the website actually reflected what they had in store) Oh, and why 4 stars? Parking at the metropolitan is a bit rough at times so that’s why.
