If slow were an olympic sport they’d make gold! To replace a phone shouldn’t take all damn day!! This is for a 95 year old man! Seems like they’re trying to hold off till he’s deceased. Shame on you!!!!!

Had an awful experience. I came in wanting to trade my series 6 watch for a new ultra 3 watch. First the employees tried to trade it in as a series 4/5 which was wrong. Second they kept leaving every few minutes to go chat with another employee. Leaving me to wait and having to bother other employees with my purchase. After over 2.5 hours of this back and forth and waiting they didn’t even use my gift card from the trade in correctly and this led to a whole issue with cancelling the purchase and refunding my form of payment. It took a massive complaint and both store managers to resolve the issue. I also STRONGLY Disliked how those managers even talked to me. They talked to me like a child and like I wasn’t knowledgeable about the products and what I exactly wanted. This left an extremely bad taste with me and I might never shop at this location again. One of the store employees and managers was EXTREMELY rude as well. There’s over 20 employees in the store and I often saw multiple just standing around waiting rather than assisting customers. I had a simple request and should’ve been in and out within 30 minutes. But I was there much longer. Pure incompetence…. Leadership needs to look more closely at who they hire and are allowed to help customers on the floor.

So I purchased a brand new Air book for my daughter for Christmas although it was from Walmart. Had the receipt order number everything for them to read. The battery would not charge on a brand new Apple computer. The young man said since I bought it from Walmart and it was probably in inventory too long they couldn't do anything except maybe replace the battery which he didn't recommend. His solution for a brand new Apple product that we bought for Christmas was absurd. I can't believe any company as big as this would have 0 resolution and pass off the problem. This experience ruined what was already a bad Christmas day experience for a product that is supposed to stand by its service reputation etc and provide resolution. Awful Awful experience.

The store is fine, the usual apple store but Google Maps (on foot)will try to guide you to it as though it’s on the first floor. It decidedly is not. I just ended up going to the second floor and guessing where it is. It’s astounding that a company with the resources Google has available can't get this right. So, again, it's on second floor. Between Johnny Was and Pottery Barn. ironically, I was going there to buy AirTags. Maybe if I'd use one of those to find the store I'd not have had to wander in the wrong direction for 45min. Oh yeah, when I tried to tell Gemini about this issue, it told me that the store was closed. It isnt. Smh.
