After so much frustration I went to the Apple Store today to get it fixed and I was wowed by the amazing customer service and how fast they were able to fix it! All they needed to do was just clean the charging port on my phone. They were great! Super friendly staff

I came because my mom had completely locked herself out of her phone and iPad. Password forgotten and everything. I was there less than an hour because my problem required extensive troubleshooting, even pulling another person in for guidance. I was so happy when I left because , even though my mom’s phone had to get erased, she was able to access it after two weeks of us trying at home. Thank God for removable SIM cards (that was the only thing that saved us) The store was clean and vibrant.

The technician took the time to explain what caused the issue and what steps were taken to fix it. I really appreciated how patient and friendly everyone was, especially considering how busy Apple Stores usually are. The level of customer service and efficiency exceeded my expectations. It’s always nice to walk out feeling that your time was valued and your problem was fully resolved. Thank you to the entire Apple team for making my visit so smooth and stress-free — I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need help again!
