  There was a hour wait, and even if your phone is in warranty. They always find something outside of the warranty so you have to pay to get the phone fixed.

  Horrible customer service.... long waits, lie about when they are ready for you or when your product is ready. Unorganized and a complete joke! Be prepared to waste a whole day and money when fooling with these incompetent people..... Never again! I’ll take my chances and get a refurbished device from Assurion. Going on 3 hours since I been here for a 1 hour repair
