Incompetence, Delivery still delayed for over 1 month. Delivery address incorrect, Delivery rescheduled more than 3 times.
Bestbuy cannot get it correct with their vendors they use for delivery. Bestbuy sells products that are not available.

I visited this Best Buy location (9839 Rea Rd., Charlotte, NC 28277) today looking for assistance with a smart ring purchase, and unfortunately the experience fell well below expectations.
After spending time trying to locate help, I had to flag down an associate named Wolfgang. From the start, the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than providing helpful guidance or engaging in a courteous conversation, his demeanor came across as uninterested and somewhat dismissive.
As a customer, I expect a basic level of professionalism, especially when I am actively seeking assistance with a product. Customer service should include attentiveness, respect, and a willingness to help—not an attitude that makes the customer feel like an inconvenience.
This experience reflects a broader concern about customer service standards. Best Buy has built a reputation on knowledgeable and helpful staff, and I hope management takes steps to ensure that associates are trained to meet those expectations consistently.
I ultimately chose to leave the store rather than continue the interaction, which is disappointing because I came prepared to make a purchase.

Came to get a device repaired and also purchase a product. Ended up leaving being able to achieve neither. Only person who was helpful was the guy in the front who welcomed me and gave insight on what could be done.
Their sale rep completely lied about total tech service and I wasted $600!! and their company isn't going to do anything about it!! They said as long as I maintained and paid for total tech service all my devices would remain under warranty and it was a LIE!! I went to the store waited 30 minutes in line and then they say it's only two years. So why did they auto-renew my membership when I had NOTHING on my account it would cover!! Who knows how many millions the corporation has stolen from people like me who believed them because they're such a large successful company!! I will be going to the better business bureau!!

I went to the Best Buy store to set up a business credit account (Business Advantage / Net-30) for my LLC. I clearly told the analyst that I did NOT want her to run my personal credit — I only wanted the business verification. Despite my explicit instructions, she did it anyway.
As a result, my credit score dropped 6 points immediately. This is completely unacceptable. Not only did she ignore my clear request, but she affected my personal credit without my consent.
I hope Best Buy trains its staff better and actually respects customer instructions. If you’re thinking about opening a business account here, be very careful — they may run your personal credit without permission.
I will not return to this store for any credit-related matters. Beware!
