  My experience at this Verizon store was exceptional. As a young adult, it was time for me to take over my phone plan (yay for adulting)! Initially, I went in to create my own account and have my phone transferred. Instead, I left with a great new (and updated) plan for my family, which resulted in a $21 reduction per line per month AND the elimination of some things my family had been paying for that we weren't utilizing!! Ben Daniels was my sales associate and I can't begin to describe how helpful he was! He was very thorough and incredibly patient as he made sure I knew what each charge was for and what my best options were. Five stars for you all!! Thank you for helping make an intimidating process so seamless!

  I will not go anywhere else. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 22 years and always received my new phones through the mail. Never again. Why would I go anywhere else when this store offers turn-key service from tech expert sales employee Eli? From the moment I called the store to ask a question to setting up an appointment to fully executing the sales and data transfers - everything was professional and seamless. I also observed the other employees in the store. Everyone seemed to have fun, get along, and sell at the same time. I was particularly impressed with the manager, David. He was friendly with the customers but he let his sales team take the lead with the customers. He was absolutely available if needed. Go to this store. Run to this store. You will not regret it!

  This is not a corporate store so beware how they will treat you all they care is about selling and not helping. If you're looking to become a verizon customer avoid this location, the reps dont care much to help If youre not getting a phone in-store. They will ignore you if you have a pick up order or if you have a issue. They arent proactive they just want their commission for the sale. If you do have a pick up order or verizon is having an issue with the order the reps will literally tell you to cancel it so that they can make the sale in store. Knowing it takes more than an hour to cancel any order. I also understand when stores close workers want to go home, dont tell customers that the store closes at 9:00pm to just turn around tell you that they close at 8:30 at 8:43pm. Then proceed to tell you they arent kicking you out but that they wanted to tell you that they closed at 8:30 pm. Also if you have a hold on your order call customer service, skip this store and its rude employees.

  Cannot say enough good things about this location. Specifically, I want to send a huge thank you to David. After having a terrible experience at another Verizon store where they essentially deleted my phone trade in credit, I ended up here. David is knowledgeable, kind and hard working. He helped fix the problem and get us set up with a new phone in no time. Whatever this man makes - give him more! He is invaluable to your store. Thank you again David for all of your help.
