We are happy to support our clients with preventive care, a top-of-the-line wellness program, nutrition counseling, basic or advanced dentistry, ultrasound, hands free radiology, acupuncture, and soft tissue surgery. We offer same day appointments and drop off appointments as needed. Dr. Watson, Marianne, the nurses and front desk staff were all very nice and welcoming! The hospital is also beautiful! Newly remodeled and will be state-of-the-art facility! Highly recommend! VCA Timberlyne used to have great service, but it has really gone downhill in the last couple of years. I'm not sure what happened... maybe budget constraints from the VCA corporate office? Good luck getting anyone on the phone and if you do, be prepared to deal with someone who clearly doesn't want to be there or to be talking to people. As I've seen in other reviews, they can't seem to keep doctors around for very long. The last straw with us was when they moved our appointment time up by 15 minutes without asking us. They just sent a text that we didn't see. Then when we showed up at the scheduled time, they wouldn't see us and were just really rude about the whole thing.

- JAJeff AppleMay 28, 20252.0Took my pet there back in April. Vet gave her prednisone and apoquil. 100 dollars for the apoquil which didn't work.they said this is a trial for 2 weeks. I'm like what so they just wanted more money that's all that was about. I wouldn't recommend no one to take their pet there. These people are all about money. Over the years at the unnecessary money These people have gotten out of me makes me literally sick to my stomach. If you want good care for your pet you might want to go elsewhere.
