Dr. Ewart, Dr. Miller, and everyone at VCA Legion Rd has been a part of our lives for years 🤩 We are so deeply grateful for each moment of kindness, patience, and support the entire team has given my family! So lucky to have such compassionate individuals caring for my beloved pups 🤍

We have been taking our dog Pippa to this VCA for over 6 years. The quality of care that Pippa has received from all the staff from the front desk through to the vets and vet assistants has been incredible. The team has demonstrated flexibility to accommodate us for emergencies and also consistent and clear communication during routine veterinary needs. During those emergencies the team has either managed her care effectively and with compassion or helpfully coordinated care with other providers when needed. Pippa has learned to love visiting the vet thanks wholely to the care from all the staff. On Pippa's daily walks she will drag me to this VCA to get treats and attention from the staff. The staff has gone above and beyond time and time again and I cannot recommend this VCA highly enough!

I’ve been using Legion Road VCA for the past five years now, and I’ve had a great experience. The vets and techs are professional, kind, and attentive when handling my cats. Dr. O’Brien went above and beyond to help me find a viable option for my cat’s exploratory laparoscopy, and even showed up on her day off to be present for his surgery! In my experience, pricing has been clear and reasonable, and I’ve had a great experience with scheduling and medication refills.

My dog Luna passed in May due to vet negligence. Her paw was swollen and I was sent home without an antibiotic. I was charged $90 for a “clip and clean” where a vet assistant dipped the paw in Chlorhexidine for a few minutes…I could have done this at home and it did nothing for my dog. Dr.Miller didn’t give us the time of day when I called about Luna getting worse on the antifungal he gave us on a Saturday. She passed at Blue pearl due to sepsis which I had to wait a month to find out due to having to send her in for a necropsy. The practice manager has never called me despite calling multiple times asking. They do not care about you or your pet, they care about selling plans.

Legion Rd. VCA gave my rescue kitten great care and even gave me a discount for saving and re-homing him. I take my 5 year old cat here too, always had good experiences. Not cheap care, but the cost is justified.
