I stopped by the Cricket store at Crossroads in Cary the other evening and received exceptional customer service from Abraham. Not only was he polite and courteous but he went out of his way to take extra time helping me!

Daniela was excellent. Very knowledgeable. She was a great help with the problems I was having with my Android phone and also explaining the new phone products. I came in this Saturday November 22nd with Abraham , he was helpful with my data being low and given me a solution for the plan . Great place to go!

3 hours of frustration and being screwed by cricket corporate. Bullet highlights:
* first phone died in the middle of activation.
* refund did not include upgrade fee! When it was their stores phone that died!?
*second phone they accidently loaded on the wrong line of my account!
*a second refund that they wouldn't include upgrade fee for (again their mistake)
* that was the last phone in the color we wanted, so got stuck with a different color because they couldn't resell the 2nd phone we had just "returned"
* total time in store ~3 hours and $50 of upgrade fees they absolutely should have refunded.
*fortunately the clerk was very nice and not very busy, otherwise I would probably have immediately canceled all cricket services. Frankly I probably should.
What should have been a quick in and out was a nightmare fueled by uncaring remote corporate "support"
