    I dont want to put even one start.. its still too high for Best Buy. but it doesnt allow doing any lower. Recently Best Buy has free TV mounting on certain TVs that you buy from them. Its a scam by Best Buy.. they will deliver the TV but will reschedule the appoinment for TV mounting after two weeks of delivery and on a day of mounting they will reschedule it again for another two weeks as they will come up with aome laim excuse. Stay away from Best Buy.. its a scam by them to sale more TVs. plus their 3rd party Installer force you to buy Mounting for the TV only from the best buy and only than they can able to install it. same on Best Buy..

    Tell me why I stand in line and there are 3 cashiers not doing anything but talking to each other and goofing off, and not one acknowledges me for a good minute, and I know they saw me. The same story last time I was here, all of these associates walking around and no one helps me. Maybe they are hiring too many people and could save money letting them go.

    Nick and the team at the Best Buy in Cary were fantastic. Nick installed a dash cam for me (important with a new teenage driver), and the results were excellent. All the wiring is completely hidden, the camera works perfectly, and he walked me through everything afterward in a very clear and thorough way. From check-in to completion, the customer service was wonderful, and the entire process took only about an hour. Highly recommend their team and workmanship.

    On Saturday, I went to the Cary Crossroads Best Buy to purchase a specific 3D printer. I waited a long time before anyone assisted me. When I finally received help, I was told the printer was not in stock and that no nearby stores had one available, so I was told the only option was to place an order. I provided my North Carolina address during checkout. I was encouraged to create a Best Buy account, and the associate only collected my name and phone number. My shipping address was never re-verified. The next morning, I discovered the printer had been shipped to an unknown address in Utah—an address I have never lived at or associated with. Customer support directed me back to the store, where the store manager initially stated that nothing could be done, including issuing a refund. Only after I had already left the store did I receive a call saying a refund was possible, requiring yet another trip back. To avoid further issues, I went to the Crabtree Valley Mall Best Buy. While there, I personally saw another customer purchasing the exact same printer I had been told was unavailable. Store associates and management confirmed it had been in stock, raising serious concerns about the information I was given at the Cary Crossroads location. Because of this misinformation and delay, the printer is now sold out. I want to acknowledge George, the store manager at Crabtree Valley Mall, who was professional, transparent, and genuinely helpful in contrast to my prior experience. The Cary Crossroads location mishandled this transaction from start to finish, resulting in lost inventory, multiple unnecessary store visits, and significant inconvenience. I am posting this in hopes that district or regional management reviews this situation, as it reflects deeper issues with order handling, inventory communication, and customer accountability at this location. Best Buy leadership is welcome to contact me if further details are needed.

    I went in looking for Pokémon cards for my seven year old son. The sign said Pokémon cards are at checkout. When I asked one of the checkout staff members if they had Pokémon cards, a lady staff member chimed in and yelled in my direction in a angry voice repeatedly “no Pokémon cards no Pokémon cards” and seemed very upset. And stated in a frustrated tone, she knows that there’s been post that cards are coming out, but that they didn’t have any. I have seen the videos of people going crazy for cards but there was no in line and I asked a simple polite question and got chastised for doing what the sign said to do.
