    Best Buy is ready to sell until it comes to install. They have all day windows for installs and barely any days to install. The associate left a note “in the system” and I was hopeful. Call a couple of days before to see if they could narrow down the window and no go. The rep on the phone told me there was a note and the dispatcher will honor that. Well, to no surprise got a call the day before with a window that did not work and when I asked about the note, they indicate no note was in their system and they will not do anything about it. Went in to cancel the whole order and the associates in the store couldn’t seem to care one bit about the horrible experience I had and wouldn’t bother talking to me either. Save your money and go elsewhere. Would advise Costco instead or online. Never again.

    My experience at this location has been a good one. I received great treatment from Geek squad, Kim was so patient and informative. Kim gave me help with more than I thought I needed with my daughter's samsung galaxy tablet. Nic and Anaya in the electronics dept. They were truly helpful in picking a TV, desktop pc and etc. to assist with homeschooling. I would definitely revisit for any help and purchases in the future. Thanks again young ladies.

    Great friendly staff greeted me at the door and also asked if I needed something. This particular Best Buy was well laid out with no empty areas. Everything was properly managed, including geek squad, and the specialized entertainment section. Makes me want to move to North Carolina!

    I had an amazing experience with Mir and Nick from the Geek Squad Auto Shop! They did an incredible job replacing my radio, my backup camera, my USB console, and even making my car auto start. Everything works perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Both Mir and Nick were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain everything, made great recommendations on which parts to purchase, and made sure I was completely satisfied before finishing up. You can tell they really care about doing quality work. I highly recommend Mir and Nick if you’re looking for top-notch service and professionalism. Thank you both for such an excellent job!
