She was so tiny, and I was nervous as a new pet parent — but from that very first visit, the kindness, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the entire team gave me total peace of mind. Over the past two months, as my puppy has gone through some serious health issues, Dr. Kettlekamp has provided the most compassionate and knowledgeable care I could have hoped for. He always takes time to explain everything in detail, answers all my questions patiently, and makes me feel like my puppy is his top priority. A heartfelt thank you to Oana, Michelle, Molly, and the rest of the amazing staff (even those whose names I may have missed). Every phone call, visit, and follow-up has been met with warmth, empathy, and incredible support. My puppy is now on a much healthier path because of their dedication.
