One thing I appreciated was my initial quote from Greensboro was much lower than in this store. Mavin collaborated with another employee to make sure I was able to get the quote I received before, showing great teamwork and critical thinking. Everyone in the store was so kind and helpful. Thank you guys!

Brad was fantastic the way he worked with us in helping us decide what we were going to do… fix our phone or trade our phone and trade our phone for what kind of phone. Brad took time to explain all of the options that we had. And that was a lot of us. Brad was phenomenal with his customer service, his attention to detail, his patience, his ability to communicate and explain things to us in terms that we could understand. It was a great day! We feel we made some really good decisions with great support from Brad.

He did an amazing job explaining all of the fine detail paperwork to us, never made us feel pressured into getting anything we didn’t want or need, AND even helped us save a lot of money on the new phones we were getting, as well as on some subscription services we have. I used to really loathe having to go to a phone store, but JB made the experience so great!! I could not recommend him enough for all your Verizon needs!
