  Great office! Shawn is an excellent rep who cares about his customers and shows it with his professionalism and his help in any way he can. Best rep I have ever had in all my years of having a cell phone!

  We had a wonderful experience at this store. Emmanuel went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. He even responded to after hour texts when we had an issue arise. He was extremely patient and diligent! I highly recommend going to this store and personally working with Emmanuel.

  I had an amazing experience with Josh. everything went seamlessly, and I truly felt like he actually cared not just here for SALES…went to the other Verizon store on university drive first before coming to the Hoffman Mill Location ABSOLUTE terrible mistake waited for 1hr and was told wrong information... walked into this store immediately was greeted by Josh. He took his time to be able to figure everything out for me. I will be a loyal customer at this location from now on thank you so much, Josh.go see Josh all I can say!

  Had to drive to this location from Greensboro to get the phone I wanted. I was able to work with Mavin and Bradley who were personable, helpful and attentive. One thing I appreciated was my initial quote from Greensboro was much lower than in this store. Mavin collaborated with another employee to make sure I was able to get the quote I received before, showing great teamwork and critical thinking. Everyone in the store was so kind and helpful. Thank you guys!

  We just returned from Verizon on Huffman Mill Road, Burlington … we were greeted with the door being opened for us from Brad (the manager) welcoming us to the store.. Brad was fantastic the way he worked with us in helping us decide what we were going to do… fix our phone or trade our phone and trade our phone for what kind of phone. Brad took time to explain all of the options that we had. And that was a lot of us. Brad was phenomenal with his customer service, his attention to detail, his patience, his ability to communicate and explain things to us in terms that we could understand. It was a great day! We feel we made some really good decisions with great support from Brad.
