I'm sure if you need to buy a new phone or upgrade your plan, this store would help you out. But if you need actual help with an issue, a broken piece of technology, or some other problem solving, go somewhere else. This store gave me the run-around multiple times, and the guy who helped me both times was very rude.
When I lost data on my phone, he was insistent that my SIM card was damaged. He tried to activate the e-SIM and it didn't work, he refused to give me a new SIM, and told me I'd need a new phone, and started pushing me for an upgrade. When I brought in a new phone and the old (supposedly damaged) SIM card worked fine, he insisted that it was my plan that wasn't good enough, and that I'd probably lose data again unless I upgraded my plan. Then when I pushed back trying to get to the root of the issue and figure out what happened, he was very rude and cocky to me, and basically told me that clearly since I knew everything, he wasn't going to be able to help me.
Suffice to say I won't be returning somewhere where I'm insulted and lied to.

Went in to upgrade my phone from a Samsung Galaxy S10E to an A54, but sadly they didn't have it in stock. Grant gave us all the information I was looking for - answering all my questions and then sparked my interest in the S25 series. Ended up upgrading to the S25 FE and I absolutely LOVE it. One of the best customer/provider interactions I've had in a long while. Great job and keep it up.!
