Frustrated after spending close to 2.5 hours at the Verizon store the day before, just to leave an realize that our bill wasn’t going to be what we were told, and what we were promised didn’t go through. So the last thing we wanted to do was go back the next day, but we were helped by Elijah. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was as it should be and we were took care of. He was professional, kind, patient, and his customer service was a 10/10. Give that boy a raise ya’ll. Thank you Elijah for taking such good care of us today. We appreciate you!
