Best Buy would benefit from having more employees like Kevin, who provide outstanding customer service and make the shopping experience easy and enjoyable.

Although they didn't have the specific item we were looking for in stock, the associate quickly ordered it from another store, and we were able to pick it up the very same day—now that's great service! This is a fantastic store for all your electronics needs. Highly recommended!
