  After a year with verizon I couldn't take my phone bill increasing all the time. And after I was lied to and mislead by this verizon store. I would never go into this store. I switched to spectrum . I was in the spectrum store for 2 hours while switching away from vetizon. In 2 hours 8 customers came in and they were all leaving verizon.

  Didn't think visiting Verizon could get worse but never fails. Got there at opening and was the first one in. The service person assigned to us was finishing a drink and disappeared to the back. While looking at phones waiting realized she was standing behind us staring without saying a word. Sat down and told her we wanted to use a credit on the line. After staring at her tablet for an insane amount of time she said it was a promotion, not a credit for the same amount. Said that's what we wanted, she disappeared to the back for 15 minutes and told us it's an online promotion only. So in total wasted half an hour and left without a phone. Why wouldn't a Verizon employee know the details of the promos they are running.

  Long story short; went in with phone question/problem. The two gentlemen were of no help. Drove down to Tmobile in Lenoir NC and they remedied the problem post haste.

  We had the best experience getting a new phone at this location. Langston was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process pleasant & efficient. I genuinely felt like he was trying to give us the best deal possible. Derrick also helped us and even though the store was busy, both of these employees took extra time to answer our questions. Professional, kind people- great experience.

  Austin Gentry is absolutely amazing. My experiences in dealing with problems with my phone are usually a nightmare and he took the time to fix the problems and contact the different departments to make the changes instead of telling me there was nothing he could do because the problems arose from negligence from a 3rd party store. So grateful and impressed with your customer service Austin. Thank you so so much.
