I’ve been a Verizon customer for 25+ years I have never had a sales person so Knowledgeable. He knew about the phones, the plans the incentives and was so happy to help. I was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend Verizon in Waterford… Go see JOHN, he is amazing at his job.

I hate going in this store. This was the second time (and last) that we have been there. I was looking to add my line to my husband’s plan and get a new phone. She asked no questions other than what type of phone I had and put a package together. She didn’t ask what I wanted and was super snarky when I asked questions because I wanted something different than what she was doing. I’ve done sales for over 20 years, including cell sales and I buy what I want- not what they want me to have. These kids need sales training and less attitude.

Bre was able to give us a new i Phone without raising our monthly payments. She then proceeded to help with getting everything backed up then transferred over to the new phone. It took some time since my old phone didn’t even have 5G, but she managed to get it done without losing any info. This was a first for me. Thanks Bre for your persistence and caring.
