She asked no questions other than what type of phone I had and put a package together. She didn’t ask what I wanted and was super snarky when I asked questions because I wanted something different than what she was doing. I’ve done sales for over 20 years, including cell sales and I buy what I want- not what they want me to have. These kids need sales training and less attitude.
