Melanie greeted me promptly and jumped into action. Was able to troubleshoot my phone situation and deliver world class customer service. She was patient and understanding considering my lack of sleep and irritability. Seriously you all should hire more people like her....also a raise should be in order. Also will helped me last month and was just as awesome. Thanks Verizon

We hooked my old phone up to my laptop and somehow the screen showed back up! We could then move all my files, apps, etc to my new phone. I feel so much better now that that is fixed. Thank you SO much Magyn!!
