  My husband and I had an extraordinarily positive experience working with John Moss at Verizon yesterday. The store location was convenient at the time, but it is not actually the closest one to us. However, any Verizon needs/questions we have in the future went take us back as we were so impressed by Mr. Ross’ demeanor, knowledge and helpfulness.

  Bobby was fantastic patient and very helpful after reviewing my account he was able to save me several hundred dollars in discounts and repeated subscriptions. Very professional and helped me obtain phone and iPad I needed Thank you and use Bobby whenever you have future phone needs

  I was charged for things that should have been free had I gone to a true Verizon Store. That being said, after getting what was needed from the other Verizon store, I returned the charged items and Caleb very graciously refunded my purchase and apologized. Next day got a call from Jessica with Cellular Sales (they operate this store) and she apologized also for the initial employee's mistake.

  Absolutely the best experience buying a mobile phone I have ever Had… Bobby is the most experienced sales representative I have ever met and totally familiar with the product…I rate all perfect 10!!!
