    Good, helpful, patient staff willing to do all they can to help! They worked on phone activation for an hour and 15 minutes, and 30 minutes after closing, even phoning support and trying a variety of options. Though I'm not generally a fan of phone stores, this one has people who actually help.

    Techs should keep an eye on who’s was in line 1st or at least “ask” who was there first., the guy came in 10 minutes after me, tech came up to the guy who came in after me first and got him in in front on me.. waited total for 35 minutes, had technical issue with Apple phone, but the tech said they were not trained on Apple phones… What a Wait of time…

    Loved the ability to trade in with the locker usage for my own experience. It was really easy to set up by myself, also. The location is clean, staff is friendly and attentive. My husband was looking to trade in his phone as well, and Ashley S. was extremely helpful, accommodating, and honest with our best option. Thank you for the pleasant interaction and for the help!

    Jonathan was awesome, used to work in mobile so I know how tough it can be, but as far as management goes, doesn’t get much better than him! Fixed my issue and was kind and personable.
