I especially loved their scheduling system—seeing appointment times and customers listed on a screen helped keep everything organized and made the whole process feel fair and efficient. Their customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciate how quickly they were able to repair my phone. This was my work phone, so having it fixed promptly was critical while I was out in the field. Thank you again to the team for their professionalism and quick turnaround!

I ordered the Lavender one and the guy said " You'll get it no later than September 8th". Well here it is September 18th and still NO TABLET!!!! I called, what I thought was the store to find out it's a call center. The guy on the phone was very unconcerned. He said " It shows on here that you'll only have to wait a couple more days and you'll get it". SERIOUSLY??!!?? He basically told me it is what it is deal with it. So I told him I was going to give a bad review, I will NEVER buy ANYTHING else from Best Buy and I will tell EVERYONE who will listen about my experience!!!!! This is very unprofessional!!!!
