Lots of staff and none approached me while I was waiting by a locked display case. Went to the customer service table and asked for assistance and ended up waiting a little over 15 minutes next to the displace case I wanted to get an item from.
Was shopping around and looking and saw this item 5070 ti inside a locked display case for $289. Went to checkout and it came to be almost $900. They wouldn't honor the price os $289, manager said it had the wrong price tag. Not sure cause the other cards next to it had similar prices around $300.
All and all spent almost 30 minutes to get someone to help me get the item to just leave the store empty handed.
Gave 2 star because the customer service worker was polite and made additional calls for assistance.

Went in terrified that I would have to plead with some bro at customer service to return a "wrong item" package, but Melody was so instantly apologetic, helpful, and calming. That queen soothed my nerves more than they'll ever know.

this best buy location sold me an "excellent condition" open box $600 computer monitor. I go to pick it up, there's no box, there's no cables, there's no power adapter and the remote control (yes it was supposed to come with one) wasn't there. Samsung doesn't even sell replacement power adapters for this. the manager couldn't explain why this was listed as excellent condition and couldn't resolve the problem either. refunded.

Do not come to this store. They will pressure you into buying their credit card. They are not even knowledgeable about technology. When I went in there was a woman who was frantically looking for help, but no one knew how to help her. I ended up doing their job for them. And was still pressured into getting their credit card.
I wasn't even a customer. I was applying for a job.
