    please don’t put brand new people at your return counter. and make sure whoever is there is trained on how to communicate to a customer what is happening instead of just processing things without the customer’s okay. maybe get rid of starshop… i should be able to exchange something at bestbuy, that was bought on bestbuy.com.

    It’s a sorry shame you cannot reach a person inside the store because of IA. Well AI just costed you a $2000 sale due to not being able to reach a live person. I’ll take my business elsewhere that’s will gladly answer a phone instead of running around in circles for 20 minutes.. the corporate line that says live agent. NOPE!!! AI again!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    This best buy is one of the best Best Buys I've visited and patronized. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they maintain the products in stock for the most part. The store is organized and clean. It's a pleasure to shop and browse there.

    As for the store, staff and service great. But, i don't recommend the total service. Maybe for computer or TV but I have it also for my s24 ultra thats been overheating. Since October nobody can resolve the problem. Store tells me they cant help to call or go online, then online tells me go to the store. All agree that I have the protection and is covered,buy the best buy system won't let them resolve the issue. I'll be canceling my total plan and in January I'll buy my s26 ultra phone from T-Mobile and get their protection plan. Also, was upset when I bought my range microwave and had best buy install it. The installer wasn't a geek team member, it was someone doing odd jobs and was trying to make enough money, so that him and his girlfriend could move back to New Jersey. Even had his girlfriend come in from the truck to lift and mount it. Not so happy how he drilled and tore up the inside of the cabinet.

    Had a horrific experience buying a fridge. Long version: We purchased a fridge on Black Friday as our existing fridge was on its way out. Per the measurements on the website it should have had no problems fitting through our doorways or into the cutout in our kitchen. Scheduled delivery for Dec 3. My husband had to take the day off from work to receive it. He spent the morning moving our food into coolers and moving furniture to clear a pathway. When the truck arrived, the fridge would not fit in the space, as one side of our cutout is against a wall. The fridge could be slid into the cutout, but the doors could not open because the 3" thick doors added to the width of the fridge on top of the cutout width suggested on the website. Bummer. The sales person who helped us at the store probably should have pointed this out, but we could have noticed it too. The delivery guys take it back to the store. We then go to the store to pick a new fridge. It's Dec 3, the last day of Black Friday deals, so we think we're pretty lucky to still catch the deals. We explain the situation to a salesperson and we find a new fridge with hinges that don't increase the width of the fridge. There is basically one model in the whole store that will fit. We get a tape measure out and measure the width with the doors open since we now know the measurements on the website can't be trusted. 5 different people have to help to process the return and refund. It's not clear why it was so hard to process a return. They schedule delivery for Dec 16. Between Dec 3 and Dec 16, our old fridge completely dies. We lose all the food in our fridge and freezer. We have to go to the grocery store every day to buy food and prep it immediately. It is expensive, but we don't have other options. Dec 15, we get the delivery confirmation text that our new fridge will be delivered Dec 16, 2 - 6 pm. My husband takes Tues Dec 16 off again to move furniture and receive the fridge. At 11 am on Dec 16, after he has already moved all the furniture, he gets a text that says "it's time to reschedule your delivery!" We immediately call customer service. Customer service tells us the store has known since Sat that the fridge wouldn't be delivered on Tues, but for some reason they still sent us the confirmation text on Mon and waited until Tues to tell us the fridge wasn't coming. An hour on the phone with customer service, and they say that they can't offer us any compensation for this, and the next delivery date available is Dec 30. They want us to go through Christmas with no fridge. We drive down to the store and speak to a manager who tells us they can have the fridge delivered on Dec 18. The manager also says (and I quote): "The customer service team is useless." They schedule the delivery for Dec 18. Dec 18. A 3rd day off from work. The delivery truck does come, but of course, the 2nd fridge doesn't fit. Our door is 30". The fridge says it will fit through doorways 29". But that measurement doesn't account for these metal tabs at the bottom that stick out an inch. We understood the issue we had with the first fridge where we didnt explain one side was up against a wall, and so the doors wouldn't open. But to have the size DOORWAY that the fridge will fit through incorrect is a little ridiculous. They should account for this in their posted measurements, and they should really train their staff in the issues that can occur so that they warn customers. At this point, the Black Friday deals are over, and we would have to buy another fridge for full price, not that there was another model in the store that would fit. So we call the store again. They offer us a $27 giftcard for this whole fiasco. We continue to explain to them that after 3 days of missed work and a lost fridge/freezer full of food, $27 isn't even the cost of the delivery, and we don't want a giftcard to their store anyways. They offer us a $67 giftcard.
