    I’ve had Verizon for the last two years. I decided I needed to switch my phone plan due to my bill being too high. I owed 264 on my phone which is all fine because when I physically went to the Asheboro Verizon store, the worker said I wouldn’t get auto drafted, I would get a paper bill within the next 3 months, so I had time to pay it. Last night I got auto drafted 264 and now have to pay an overdraft charge on top of that. If the worker would have known what he was talking about, I would have had the money set aside. Very disappointed and upset. Do better.

    The manager was helpful but the sales person was rude, I could not hear what she was saying. I felt like she was not a great sales person as I am sales person my self. I told her I need to make a phone call as I was on a phone with my dad and she started talking to me about details about this plan knowing I was on a phone call to get my phone number switched from a different carrier. It felt like she was interrupting my conversation because it was bothering her. I told her to give me a second and she got upset lol like what?? I am shocked she’s employed there with that kind of attitude. I’ve been there 7 month ago loooking for phone for my gf and she was the one that greeted me but was also rude . You guys need to find someone more energetic with little bit of charisma this was not it.
