    Horrible customer service. Go to another carrier or at least go to a Verizon store in Greensboro where they appreciate their customers. Tried to take care of a bill for a watch line that was moved to a different carrier and they keep billing me even though I no longer have an account with them. The guy they sent out just talked in circles and said I could call customer support which is useless . The guy had a bad attitude and just mumbled when I pointed out that he was not offering assistance or solutions.Do yourself a favor and spend your money anywhere else. I was a Verizon customer for over 20 years and do not regret moving to another carrier.

    Thank You Tiffany for providing excellent customer service for my wife and myself. We made a friend and got expert advice on renewing our contract and upgrading our phones. You don't find this kind of customer very often anymore but we felt welcomed and appreciated even the Assistant Manager Kyle was walking around making sure people were being taken care and the entire staff was cordial and pleasant.
