    I had to return a phone I had purchased. When I arrived, I was immediately checked in and notified how many people were in front of me. They kept me updated frequently. Corina was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I really like this corporate store! The atmosphere is always pleasant. The process was handled flawlessly.

    I went to Verizon to get a new phone today and Abby made the experience easy! Would 10/10 recommend I have a new iPhone pro max 17 with Apple TV and cloud and insurance all done today thanks to Abby!!!

    When I started my service with Verizon I received a damaged iPhone in the mail. When I went to charge the phone prior to its initial setup and transferring data, I discovered that the charging port was bent or somehow broken, so it could not be charged. So, I took the phone to this Verizon store and explained the situation. The store agree that the defective phone should be exchanged for a working phone, though they made me jump through a couple of hoops. Instead of simply exchanging the phone for a new working phone, the store attendant registered it as an upgrade, which has caused a series of problems, including the loss of a rebate I was guaranteed and an increase in my monthly bill by approximately $40. I have also spent at least 4-5 hours on the phone with Verizon representatives trying to correct the problem. For now, Verizon customer service has patched together changes to my account so I am not paying the extra monthly fees, but these corrections were not at all easy to get and I worry that it will only be a matter of time before the upgrade charges appear on my bill again. I am also currently working with them to try and resolve the issue with rebate that was not given to me, because of the supposed “upgrade”. In short, the representative who assisted me did really poor job, and I have spent a lot of time and money trying to correct a situation that should not have existed in the first place. Follow up: The management sent me a link to follow-up regarding my problems. The link is invalid. Go figure? I stand by my review and wholly recommend that folks avoid this place unless they enjoy wasting hours of their time trying to resolve problems with corporate customer service….
