After many many hours and days getting no results. I walked into the arden location today and Andrew helped me. He was very kind and patient with me. We were able to finally get all my problems worked out.

Solid customer service and answered every question I had with knowledge to back up every answer. Was extremely patient with me and got me the best bang for my buck. I was looking at other service providers and everything because I felt my phone bill was too high and in this economy, I just can’t anymore. I was complaining to my friend about the Verizon store closest to my home and he suggested the one in Arden, and specifically suggested Abby. So I drove twenty minutes to see Abby and she was totally worth it. She was incredibly understanding about the budget I had for my phone, she’s funny and personable. She upgraded my device and I walked out with a free smart watch and she still got my bill lowered to my desirable amount. Shes an incredibly fantastic asset to the company and I hope they see the value in her that her clients see. I didn’t have to wait hardly at all to see her, unlike the Verizon closest to my home. I hated going into that store because it takes forever and the customer service is mid. I’ll for sure be making the twenty minuet drive to see Abby again!
