  All my requests were superbly handled in the time available and solutions fully delivered with a smile! The Geeks at Best Buy are the only ones I go to because they are the best in that market!

  I just bought a new Lenovo laptop and the Geek guy set me 2 appointments in a row to go over details about it. There's much new stuff to learn. He was great, explained things in easy terms. Very positive experience.

  Don’t waste your time with the geek squad. Had a battery replaced in a iPhone they were rude and rushed us to get to the next person. I came back to pick the phone up hours later. They said it was ready then waited for 40 minutes before they brought the phone back. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
