This is my 2nd time at this Apex location and Liz (store rep) exhibits what "true customer service" is all about. She listens and goes above & beyond to make recommendations based on customer's needs. Super knowledgeable & extremely helpful!! A++++ store, I'll definitely be coming back!

Save your time & money - go to a real Verizon store, not this reseller. If you are upgrading, this store charges an undisclosed $39.99 "set up and go" fee. This is in addition to the $36 activation fee you will see on your Verizon bill. And if you have a device to pay off in order to upgrade, this store charges you a $10 fee just to pay off your device. The sales associate literally spent 10 minutes "setting up" the device. Another associate handed the phone to my daughter and said "all done". No test call, no offer to put on her new screen protector and told her she could wipe her old phone at home and bring it back when she was finished. Both associates we encountered were rude and did not represent Verizon well.
