He were very unprofessional by not doing what I ask and starting talk to me like he had lost his senses. So I said if you don’t want to help me then say so. HE WERE VERY VERY rude and unprofessional he was talking back to me and told me you can’t tell me what to do and say, I said, but you’re not gonna talk to me like that very very rude. I will not go back in there so their service for me is not worth the time or energy to be stressed with other people problem so I pray that training will be done so that these people would not talk back to customers like they don’t have any sense.

I hate it I know others must too! Constantly being on loops with automated voice machines. Issues with my phone and waiting long BC THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH WORKERS! if we don’t get it together. All jobs will be taken over and where does that leave US! Verizon needs to treat it customers better. And stop ignoring its consumers needs bc they are greedy. They are gonna find out sooner then later a world with no ppl means no BUISNESSES. Ppl are lazy and comfortable and rather do it online but it’s not better. It’s causing buisnesses to not have jobs. We are making jobs less than none.
