- TWtaryn weberJul 22, 20245.0I had an exceptional experience with Aberdeen Geek Squad!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I went to the Fayetteville location first with my issues with my laptop not starting , Fayetteville ended up not telling me anything except they can't fix it in store. And that it would have to get sent off and it could cost up to $4k. No context, no additional information or explanation. I called HP and they said to try another Best Buy since they have skilled techs for HP. I went to this Aberdeen location and I had an amazing experience. I CANNOT THANK SARAH W. ENOUGH! She explained to me what the issues (multiple) with my laptop was, why it would need to be sent off for recovery. Plus discovered a very obvious to someone that knows laptops that my battery was severely swollen and could be a potential fire hazard. I would have never realized that without her knowledge and explanation. That battery is what caused a ripple effect of issues in my laptop. My laptop is back, all fixed and like new. I had a very enjoyable experience with this location. I appreciate the knowledge, care and assistance Sarah W. & team gave me.

No notification when it was returned, and then I spent an hour waiting for pickup on a Saturday when only ONE person was working. Will never come back here unless I have to.
