I'm a Twitch Streamer and my PC glitched on me, I came to see Geek Squad to see about fixing it and talked to Dawson. They were so helpful and able to get the PC working again. Thank you Geek Squad now I can get back to streaming and gaming!

Stood in line 10 minutes and no one at register. Employees walking all around and no one would help customers on floor. This is the worst Best Buy for customer service.

Went there last month is get my cellphone’s battery serviced and was scheduled another day to get it actually serviced after they ran diagnostics. I was scheduled for a Friday just to go there and tell me that they don’t do that service on Fridays. They said that I should’ve received a call beforehand about it, which I didn’t. It was a waste of time and gas. So I had to come in a third time to finally get it done. I didn’t know that it would take hours to do it too so that would’ve been a nice heads-up too. I’ll go somewhere else next time.

Came in to get a diagnostic/repair service on my Mac laptop, it said online that Best Buy does all the same services as Apple and even matches their prices but this is unfortunately not true, they actually don’t do any work on the computers or tablets themselves, they send them to Apple for you but only if you have Apple Care, my laptop is almost 10 years old now so I probably don’t have Apple Care so in terms of the services the store provides (especially in relation to what it says they do online), this is a pretty negative experience — Dawson though is phenomenal, he worked with other customers while also working with me, was balancing both projects while making sure everyone was attended to, he was incredibly informative about their lack of services and the next steps I should take going forward on my own, recommended a local service shop that will be able to do the repair, and he kept a great attitude the entire time even though he was so late into his shift. Unfortunate that Best Buy does not provide these services but Dawson provided great service, he should absolutely be recognized for his work ethic and commitment to the customer.
